Highly recommended company. I've used City colors over the years and I love there same day service. Top notch customer service and support.

The owner's wife is the rudest person in city colors. Same problem that person below had. When they mess up, and you tell them that the job was printed bad they curse at you and tell you to go some where else to print. Never again will print there they think they are the only print shop in Miami. Guess what City Color your not. Don't print with them they don't register any job right. Both are made for each other owner and wife rude and nasty as they come.

This company has by far, the most terrible customer service that I ever had to experience, and I have been in the design and printing industry for almost 20 years.



Lucky for this company not to have social media recognition because their reputation would be on the ground (maybe they know this so they shun from it?). The customer service is always somewhat cold, stuck-up and no one ever smiles at this place.



Just today, the owner showed absolutely no professionalism nor respect for his client. Lucky for this printer that they can afford to lose long-time loyal customers, they can afford to tell clientele to leave the premises after bringing to their attention that a job was printed poorly. This guy didn't even bother to look up my account. He plainly did not care and was very open about it. I am astonished at how people do business sometimes.



There are plenty of reputable and good-quality printing businesses that know how to treat their customers with respect. I am certain my business will be valued somewhere else.

City Colors is the worse printer to work with in the Miami area.

Customer service is really bad (blame it on Mailin).

"A" doesn't know what "B" is doing and vice-versa... They don't add notes for rush orders on their system so nobody knows if a rush order is ready or not. After 3 days of constant calls, they tell you the order was ready 3 days ago and they cancel your account if you ask for a rush-fee-reinbursment! Exact words from Mailin: I'll lgive your $45 back and you will never print with us in the future!
