This company gives the worst service I've ever experienced and They are thieves! The man that was supposed to install my fence would not show up, or call! I'd have to call him and then he would postpone our meeting until another day which he would again not show up or call! This went on for months! Finally after several months of putting up with this ridiculous joke of service I called to cancel my job and get my $1000 deposit back. I left many messages and never got called me back! I finally talk to manager but they're going to take out 30% because I cancelled! Unbelievable! I agree just to be rid of these people! I never receive a check. I call, and the secretary lies to me and tells me that they already refunded me my money! I ask how they did that? She says, by credit card. I tell her I paid by check! She tells me the manager will call me. She never does, I call her and she tells me "We have nothing further to discuss!" So they stole my money!

I had my fence installed last weekend without a hitch! The crew was professional and ahead of schedule. Strongly recommend to anyone.

When we wanted a fence put in I opted for the hassle free approach - I wanted my portion of the project to be signing a check. Abbey fence was very fast on the install, very responsive to my questions and very quick to cash the check. Unfortunately, after that all I had to rely on for any problems was their reputation and 'lifetime guarantee' for all workmanship issues.



Well, I had some workmanship issues - a door that didn't close properly. You had to physically push the fence away from the door to get it to close, otherwise the caps banged each other and the door wouldn't close. It was bad enough that my girlfriend couldn't close it because she wasn't strong enough. So we called and they came out in a few days and... left business cards to prove they were there. When I called they told me they had fixed everything and didn't see any more problems. They didn't do anything at all to the fence from what I could tell. I was told it was fine and to give it some time to see if the fence settled. Fast forward a year and the problem has gotten worse if anything. So I called back and asked them to come out again. Since all they did was leave business cards last time I told them I wanted to be there to show them the problem. They took my information down and told me they'd call back within a week or so. Three weeks later and I can't get anyone to return a call, let alone fix my fence.

DO NOT CONTRACT THEM their estimate is good but when it comes to get the work done they are the worse fence company miami has.

I contracted them for my fence in June 1 2014, it is September 5 2014 and my fence is still not up. They told me within a month they were going to have my fence up and I have been in constant WEEKLY contact with them and the only thing they have to say are excuses regarding contractors, timing, etc.

They ASSURED me the fence was going to be up by TODAY FRIDAY and guess what.. ITS NOT .. their excuse is that the materials are not ready.

If i could I would get a refund and contract another company that would live up to their word and even pay a little more.

We used Artemisa Fence to replace our wood fence about 5 years ago. They used cheap/thin wood which is now breaking apart. We are slowing having to replace each plank. The nails they used are rusting out. The previous wooden fence was over 15 years old and had to be replaced due to hurricane damage. I am very disappointed on the quality of material used.
