BUYERS BEWARE!Once you sign the contract, don't expect to get a refund if you try. Even if it was just hours withiin purchase..Have been given the runaround for almost a week, and now they are saying we have to wait 14 days (and hopefully get my downpayment back).Don't try to speak to upper management because they are too busy on planes, outof town, meetings, etc.....in another words...nobody cares.Also their sticker price will change (to their benefit) on the "selling price" in the contract. Another thing they did is give you different interest rates, depending onhow much extended warranty to want to receive. I thought "new" vehicles were supposed to alredy have a descent amount of warranty?They have put me through hell....a total nightmare...this is not the experience you should receive, when purchasing a new vehicle. Again, beware please!

The Finance Managers of this dealership are liars! Two years ago I leased a Sentra and everything went good. At the time I asked the Finance Manager if there are any special fees when buying out the car and he said no. (First lie) Today I went to buy out the car, they tell me there's a $300 fee. The current Finance Manager Jose, told me to call Nissan Finance about the fee because he couldn't do anything about it. (Second lie) The $300 is their DEALER fee that they could have waived. Because of the lying Finance Managers, I will never buy a car from any Bill Seidle dealership ever AGAIN!

I recently had to buy a car because I started a new job and couldn’t depend on Miami’s public transportation because it’s so unreliable! I didn’t have a lot of money and was skeptical of some of these car dealers and didn’t want to get robbed. I somehow ended up at Doral cars and was really surprised by the way they help people there. No hassles or high pressure sales. I found a decent car but I was still undecided. The sales person was really kool and didn’t hound me like they did at some of the dealerships. The following day I made my decision and went back and bought the car I liked. Quick and easy sell. No pain. No Games. No Gimmicks. Great selection of clean and trustworthy cars. They handle your paperwork lighting fast while you relax and stare at the fish tank or watch a few minute of TV and then you are done, on your way out the door with keys in hand. Everything else is easy. Con: The only thing "not" positive I can say about this place is that most people don't know about them. Thus scores of buyers each day are not getting the best deal and best treatment available.
