I have had my son in 2 other training facilities. They seemed more like babysitting services. These people train your kids to be champions.. Thanks

I have 4 children and training here in bootcamp really changed my body. In 2 weeks, I lost 8 lbs! I'm very happy! I'll definitely recommend this to all of my friends.
I just started WOFB 2 weeks ago and it's true workout for all fitness levels. You leave every workout feeling like there's nothing you can't accomplish. Despite being exhausted after each session, you have more energy throughout the day. My favorite aspect of the WOFB is that you use muscles that you never knew existed, and you feel challenged every workout. Being a very fit athletic individual, I actully never knew that I can get such a great workout from a bootcamp as I could from just doing cardio and weights every single day, which can pretty monotous after a while.
After having my first child, I had gained 30 pounds that I had gotten stuck with for over six years until I joined bootcamp and not only did I lose the weight but I feel better than I did before having my first child. I'm never leaving this place.
Great times with strong and beautiful ladies! The classes are always different and challenging, I actually look forward to going to the gym :)
I tell everyone when they ask me why I go to bootcamp that it has changed my life. It has changed the way I view exercise and the way that it motivates me. First of all, you make a lot of friends here, and the instructors become your friends so you don't want to disappoint them. You wanna do good, you wanna follow your meal plan, you wanna come to the gym three times a week. And since class is fun, it's like "Yeah, I'm going to Bootcamp!" and not "Oh, I'm going to exercise." Bootcamp is the best!
