Just insured my new truck with Ana. Exceptional service and great prices as always!Great reliable service in Miami/South Florida is becoming harder and harder to find. Everybody claims to offer great service, but in reality is generally not the case. People are very eager to take your money but are not willing to work for it, or you are forgotten soon after handing over your money. Ana's agency is truly the EXCEPTION to this. Her agency/staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and most of all honest. All of these things are getting more and more difficult to find these days.

Since 1998 my family has done business with Anna's agency and Allstate. Unfortunately we find ourselves at a point where we realize we may never have truly been receiving customer service from Anna. After severely overpaying for a single vehicle and after consistent false promises of discounts and lower premiums, we are forced to end the relationship and look elsewhere we we might be treated with respect. After attempting to remedy the issue with Anna as we were led to believe our loyalty held any sort of value, we was informed an update of address would result in a lower premium, instead to our surprise the premium went up nearly $90 per month. To add to our dissatisfaction to the already grossly overpriced insurance payments, when confronted about it she actually lied and stated she never said it would go down. Furthermore she added that she informed us it would go up. After speaking to both my father and myself on separate occasions and telling us it was great news as the update in address would alleviate our frustrations.It is apparent to us that our loyalty meant nothing to Anna and our service and helping us was never in her best interest. After nearly 20 years of being loyal customers, her lack of help, lack of accountability for providing misinformation, and overall lack of customer service has led us to the decision that we will no longer be able to give Anna our business or recommend any of our friend and family to join her.It's a shame she could not own up to neither helping us or bold faced lying about informing us the premium would spike.
I have this insurance and on August 30 of this year, I got involved in a car crash. The other party involved gave the information, there was a recorded interview and was given an adjuster immediately. I was given the recorded interview and they told me that an adjuster was going to call me, that I had to wait. I called 8 days later and they did not have my information on the system, despite the fact that I pay them every month! Since then, I have been calling to give an information that a supposed adjuster called Jennifer Sobalvarra was waiting for. They gave me the extension 5054 and every time I called the number 1-866-721-6795, they would hang up on me. They are stopping me from processing my claim. They are very good at taking my money, and they charge me $10.00 penalty for failing to pay on time, but when I need them to help me, they are completely useless! Do not buy this insurance! They steal your money and do not help you at all!
I needed to file a claim against their policy holder who hit me and damaged my car. They would not start a claim. Said it would be weeks before they would get back to me. Hung up on me several times. Would not acknowledge if they received my fax. Rude Rude Rude.
I'm not the type of guy to actually buy into anything but after being forced to have some type of medical plan. My boss puts me in it which I was like, ok perfect I have some type of medical plan... Today 2/9/15 I call the number provided they claim to have a 24 hour nurse listed on the card they issued me. I waited for over an hour and no answer. I'm in extream pain yet no freaking answer!!!!
PLEASE READ before considering Infinity Insurance. My policy expires in December and I'm not renewing! Find out why below... I got into an accident July 30 on I-95. A 4-vehicle pile up. It wasn't my fault, I couldn't avoid the accident, I was too close. Anyways, I received passenger side front and side rear damage to my vehicle. Infinity Field Appraiser Joaquin Collazo reviewed damages to my vehicle and submitted report. I took my vehicle to repair shop where they did a very good job. However, the damage to the passenger side rear door was not repaired. Repair shop said it was not included in the report. The repair shop asked me to call my insurance company to get an adjuster out to re-inspect the vehicle. On Oct 13th and weeks thereafter, I made several attempts to contact Glevis Fuentes Claims Manager at Infinity Auto via email and VM. No return on my calls. I needed to know why this damage was not repaired. On Oct. 29th, I called the office again and finally got a hold of Glevis Fuentes. He told me they concluded by looking at pictures I sent to them from the accident scene, the damages made to the vehicle on the passenger rear side door was not from the accident. I explained to Glevis Fuentes there was debris scattered all over I-95 and it could have been from the debris. He refused to see it that way and concluded they would not pay for the damages in the passenger rear side and that this claim has been closed. Now I have to repair the damages out of pocket. Because of the unprofessionalism of Infinty Auto Insurance. I hold responsible Glevis Fuentes for not returning any of my calls and for not make an effort to re-inspect my vehicle to review damage in person. Stay away from Infinty Auto Insurance.

Usually I dont use my time to do reviews, but this time I felt that it is important to let people know about inappropriately way that this company work. I paid them $208.00 for a service that I never recived, I feel cheated, In my opinion they stole from me. Nobody from the staff were willing to help me, all they did was lie to me. My advice is to stay away from them.
Don't bother getting a quote from Infinity insurance company. there periums are higher then others. I had a bad experience with them and it won't be happinig again. My policy was canceled without notifying me of the cancellation. I made a payment on line on 08/01/2012 in the amount of $331.00 the schedule amount that I was posted for me to pay. The policy was cancelled as of 07/13/2012 but, yet my $331.00 payment was accepted by Infinity. If my policy was cancelled as of 07/13/2012 why was my payment accepted on 08/01/2012. At this time I am I requesting for the $331.00 to be refunded back to me along with all the payments made on the policy which it was over a period of one year of premium paid. I called Infinity Insurance once I learned of the cancellation I have asked for my money to be refunded but they have refused to refund me any money. I was not notifying by Infinity insurance company or my agency Global Risk regarding the cancellation. I learned of the cancellation by my auto lease company BMW which I received a notification from BMW on 09/01/2012. So for more than one month I was driving without auto insurance. What if I would have been involved in an auto accident who would have taken responsibility for the damages? Infinity or my insurance agent would have not. This is a big negligence and unprofessional on both of these companies.
