Very bad service!!!If possible avoid these people at all cost.I requested a LP conversion for my new dryer. They told me that they would need to order the conversion kit. They never followed up on this with me as expected from a professional company. Waited 2 weeks and no response. When I called to confirm what happened their reponse was that they could 't find the kit.I asked why you did not contact me and the answer was "well, we forgot"I guess this amswer means "we don't care about our customers"I told the person that they should have shown some courtesy and let me know the status of the service request and the answer was "you always have other options, call other company"Well, not only I am going to search for a company more committed to customer service but I am going to make sure to mention this incident with as many people I can in the community.Hey, people, let's change the stigma of incompretence and lack of commitment to excellence of the Rio Grande Velley !!ThanksBusiness Entrepreneur.
