This shop is a rip off!!! I sent my daughter on August 22nd 2016 to get her hair done for back to school and left her with my credit card. They charged my card twice and failed to give her a receipt or tell her hat they were charging for her hair. After looking at my credit card statement online I saw they charged me 100.00 dollars and 1100.04 dollars on my card. After contacting the shop they stated the owner would call me. No one will answer the phone and its a shame they took advantage of my daughter, even though she is 16 she did not think they would charge her mom's credit card twice and especially not for 1100 dollars and cover it up by not giving her a receipt of the transaction nor a receipt to prove the refund. my bank is working to contact them but bank said this can take u to 45 to 60 days to try and resolve until they reach the shop to try and get them to refund the accidental overcharge. If it was an accident my question is why won't you refund me my money?
I have been there 3 times. .no good customer service the hair dress that was starting my locs didn't know what she was doing. Went back cause she owed me money just wanted goddess braids she mess up that. .there are others in shop that do good hair. .don't go 1st chair right side note good
Rude, Nasty, Mean, Inconsiderate, Just overall Unprofessional! They are lazy and don't care about how you feel. You can be uncomfortable or even in pain and they won't even try to help you out! I try to explain my head was burning, I mean SCORCHING and she didn't care. They don't even do a great job in my opinion. Don't waste you time. Go to Reflexion Dominican Salon on Martin Luther KIng or better yet, Sintia's Dominican Salon on Landover Rd.
DONT GO TO THIS SALON The worst ever i got to the shop at 5:30 left at 10:00 with just a old woman pin up the receptionist made an appointment for me and my sister with the stylist name David and he messed both of our heads up and had the nerve to charge us $115 each and all he did was put rollers in our heads.
