I really loved the customer service. Joyce Chambers was very knowledgeable and kind. She really listened to me and gave me exactly what I needed.

I paid for the bedroom set in February and was told it would take up to six weeks to deliver.After waiting for eight weeks, I only had part of my order.



I was told that I would need to pay for a separate delivery for the other portion ( really) after you could not deliver on time??????? I was told The remainder was on special order ( they did not say that at the time of purchase but now changes the rules in their favor) Now it is almost four months later and guess what????......I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MIRROR AND CHEST OF DRAWERS with absolutely NO explanation. Even the very apologetic manager cannot tell me when delivery of my items are expected. He does not have a clue.



He said he will check with the producers and call me back......really???? when???? year 2065???



I will hope be retired by then and not need your furniture.I will ensure that no one I know, support this 'rip off' company.Customer service here in Forestville is VERY VERY VERY POOR

DYSLEXIC OPERATOR PROVIDING WRONG NUMBER TO MARLO FURN CALLERS

why for months is there an operator that continues to give out the wrong number to the customers that contact the district heights store?? it has been reported and it still happens. that number is to my house. so, I call the customers back...rating them on customer service is easy..they are awful because I have become an unwilling employee and customer since I have to call the customers back to tell them to report it and to supply the right number.

It was a great experience the workers are friendly and customer service was outstanding. The showroom and furniture is of great taste and competes with the bigger named oufits. I was able to browes with freedom, pick out what I wanted and arrange delivery.

Marlo Furniture has great prices and a huge selection. If your looking for new furniture I would highly recommend checking at Marlo. I got a whole living room set for an awesome price

Marlo Furniture Warehouse & Showroom had an excellent selection of furniture. The different brands and price ranges make the experience fun because there is a lot to choose from. They had amazing sales people that had no problem working within price range. They were also very nice and helpful.

Marlo Furniture corrected a delivery problem with no hassle! They acted quick and professionally. Great to have them in Maryland.

This is the worst mattress ever. Simmons is not a manufacturer you would like to purchase from. So save your money while you can and purchase a mattress that won't fail on you less than 3 years.
