Derrick did a great job cleaning my off white rugs and making them look new again. Definitely worth the price and value. I will definitely hire again. Derrick even put down extra pet deodorizer and stain guard. Very pleased and satisfied. Full house was done within an hour and rugs dried in a few hours.
I found out about Love Joy cleaning through Groupon and reached out to them to clean my apartment during my move-out. I spoke to Gail Bullock on Monday and informed her that I needed to turn in my keys on Wednesday so I needed cleaning done asap. She informed me that she would send out her staff on 730pm on Tuesday. At 6:40pm on Tuesday I received a text from Gail that the cleaning crew would be late and not arrive until 8:30. I said that would be fine and to keep me updated on their time. I decided to get dinner nearby and wait for the crew to arrive. At 8:40 I still had not heard anything and sent a text asking when they would arrive. Gail responded "9:20". Naturally I was not happy as this was 2 hours past the originally agreed on time. I told them I would prop the gate to the complex open and hopefully they would still be able to enter. At 9:15pm I got a text - NOT A CALL - from Gail saying that there is no where for the cleaners to park and they cannot work. I informed her that they could park anywhere on the street, and that parking was available however it may not be right next to the complex. I called 3 times, left a voicemail, and a text saying I had to have the cleaning done before the next day. I received no response, no callback, no request to reschedule. After Gail decided she was no longer going to honor my appointment, I never heard from them again. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
Took a long time with my food , loud and crazy employees at the window while orders been token a young man that took order just told me to pull up but never took my order at the window . I was disappointed with my visit that night .... NEVER AGAIN
Above and Beyond did a wonderful job at my home. I now use them every week!! I would send my family and friends to them. They are price well below any other company I called, arrived on time, and I have the same 2 ladies every week. Top notch!!Julie
Since they tore down the old Wendy the new one us very nice. The only thing is they don't give enough crackers for the chill. They have really great lemonade. It has a great taste.
I love there chicken salad sandwiches. With the waffle fries. The sugar free lemonade is very tasty. Only thing is if you ask for sugar free. Make sure they give you right one. Esp if you have diabetes. They are very fast. If you park in the handicap spaces. If have to watch out when you back up. They want let you out. I don't think the chicken salads are as good as they used to be. There priced are a little high.
I had a bad customer service at that place. The people in there is disrespectful and got terrible mouths. This big bitch got smart with me and my mother. And the other workers was gonna have her come fight me. I can't fight because I'm pregnant they shouldn't be working there with smart mouths.
I visited this location Tuesday 5/9/17 during my lunch, and had a horrible experience. It is the Wendy's on Eastway Dr. This was a drive-thru order. I ordered a spicy chicken Caesar salad/half-size. I got back to work, ate half of the salad when I noticed a ladybug at the bottom of my salad! Needless to say I got sick right away because I don't know if I had eaten anymore that could've been in the salad that I didn't see. I had 4 co-workers that saw the bug in my salad as well. I tried to contact this location and speak to a manager, wasn't able to get anyone on the phone that wanted to deal with this and was put on hold several times. I provided feedback via the main Wendy's website, didn't hear anything back. Contacted the main corporate number and wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. I messaged on their main FB page and after a day their response was " Stephanie, we are so disappointed to see this! Thank you for providing the location where this occurred. What is your phone number so we can have management get in touch with you to make this right? Thank you!" So I provided my contact information. Another day goes by and their next response was "Thank you for that. The management team for this location will be in touch with you to make this right. Have a great day!" Guess what? No one contacted me! Isn't that a surprise?! I definitely will not be back to that location, and probably will not have any salads from Wendy's or any salads for a while. How unprofessional this company is, not wanting to make this right! I know it could've been worse, like a bat or a roach in the salad....a ladybug is a bug and shouldn't have been in my food period! Be aware of what could be in your food, especially from this place!
GREAT ESTABLISHMENT!! Don't listen to her! This facility was just opened and when me and my family were there a line was wrapping around the store! practice makes perfect! This could be someone's first job, or they've never dealt with a lot of traffic at another job.
Disregard what she said this chipotle has very good energy the only reason why they were out of steak was because it's opening week so they ran out of things fast try next week.
