I took in two 'dressy' garments that needed to be hemmed. The first garment was done ok. The second garment (a pair of dress pants that were part of an outfit ) was hemmed way too short. When I told Suzanne this, she told me that this was how I wanted them hemmed, which was an absolute lie. She also said there wasn't anything she could do to fix it. I would say that her prices are reasonable; however, I had to buy this outfit a second time so that the pants could be correctly hemmed. I took them to another seamstress, he did a beautiful job. If you go there, my suggestion is that you take someone with you and have that person take pictures from all angles so that you will have visual proof if the alterations are not done correctly.
