I had recently purchased a $120 leather vest that I took to get some patches sewn on to. upon receiving the vest back I noticed the sloppy sewing with threads going up through the patch instead of just around the borders. when the vest was pulled off the sewing machine the needle scraped a 3 in gash into the vest. she told me there was no way to repair it but no one but me would notice. she reluctantly agreed to replace it before pushing it off week after week and hanging up on me. Rude even though I was only trying to get a response and was waiting and calling once a week.
