I drove 4 hours today to try to get 2 passenger doors for my 2006 GMC Envoy. I called Tyler Yesterday and he said he had one the same color and for a very reasonable price so I left on a road trip the next day. He also said he had the back door off of another car and quoted me a good price on it also. When I got there we went and got the door that was the same color and it was in good shape and saved me more than the door cost in paint. Unfortionaly the other one had a dent in a hard place to fix and they rather I didn't get it. even though 2 people didn't show up for work today they went out of their way to look around the yard and found me a good back door at the same good price. The 5 hour trip was well worth it and you guys saved me hundreds of dollars. Keep up the good work and I'll pass the word along. Thanks Bob

Jordan Auto Parts is a great place to find all of your auto parts needs. They have an inventory of roughly 8000 vehicles spread over 100 acres of land. They have anything from BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Chevy, Hummer, etc. They do there best to supply you what is needed, if they don't have the part, they will do their best to help you find it. I saw the poor reviews so, I thought I would write my own. I have been around the used car business for almost 20 years. I know lots of dealers and mechanics and salvage dealers. My whole family sells/restores vintage cars. That is why you will spend so much time on hold when you call. There are a lot of other people/businesses calling. They have drivers delivering/picking up everywhere. There is a lot going on behind the scenes. That said, that so many businesses trust them, have for as long as I can remember says that they aren't some shady fly-by-night company. Yes, customer service leaves something to be asked for, but you are not at Napa or Advance where things come inventory controlled in neat fashion on demand at the touch of a button.

I had a bad experience with this place. It was a total waste of my time. Within a period of two weeks, I emailed all their listed emails requesting they contact me so I could order parts. I did not get ONE response. So I call them and I am put on hold forever and can't wait any longer. I call again and explain to the guy that I had been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 weeks. He said he would get back to me in 1/2 hour. He didn't get back to me at all. Don't waste your time. Trying to rate this as ONE STAR and this stupid site is automatically putting in 5 stars. IT IS ONE STAR!
