Nails By Tammy

Last week I went to Nails By Tammy in Dickson. I gave them my certificate, and after my pedicure I paid for the remainder of my bill (to a young boy around the age of ten). As I was about to get into my car, the young boy comes running out to get me saying I never gave them my certificate. I told him I gave it to them before my pedicure. A worker then comes up and points her finger at me, and tells me that she saw me with her own eyes put it in my wallet. I get my wallet out and look and I tell her it is not there. They refused to let me leave without paying. The worker made it look like I was trying to steal. I paid bc I just wanted out of there. Two days later, they call me saying they found my certificate. Didn't apologize. Told me just to come back and they can give me a refund. Now I have to drive all the way back (20 minutes) just to get my money. I promise after that, I will never be going back there.

If you have an appointment scheduled you will be seen before a walk in. I love this place and they do an amazing job and very family oriented business which creates a comfortable environment.

This salon owner( Tammy) had the gall to have me sign a paper saying I.don't take blood thinners a great many times I've been waiting over an hour then someone come in the door and they immediately Take them to receive a service this man and wife who own Tammy's Nails are absolutely CRAZY I've been a hair stylist for a number of years and wouldn't dare treatment a Patrons in this manner
