Great experience with this dealership. Worked with Jose as our salesman and Larry as the sales manager. Both of them went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted and to ensure we were happy. For the model we purchased, we couldn't find a better deal at any other dealership and they gave us more money for our trade than any other dealership would. Highly recommended!

Every time I call to make an appointment, the line is busy.
I have to call several times for someone to answer the phone.I called 3 times before 10:00 a.m. and the line was busy. I'll probably have to call another 10 times before I talk to a human being today.

The best service department ever!! I had a problem with Saturn. I took it to the experts. They waisted no time in taking care of my car!

Got my car back from their service department and the windshield wipers, cd player, horn, steering wheel buttons didn't work and wouldn't take the time to look at it after and wanted more money. Do yourself a favor and take yourself somewhere else

I bought 3 auto from alexander. the first one was a 2003 olds alero; 5 weeks ago coming from Nashville the accelerated stuck and me an my wife could have been killed. took it to alex. after 961.79 they put a throttle cable; and other stuff they said it needed. 4 weeks later it stuck again. today aug. 25 I carried it back they said couldn't fine nothing wrong. after a few choice words I started back to McEwen. on 70 coming out of Dickson got car up to 55 let off accelerator pedal car maintain speed for a mile till I had to brake for cars in front. done that 2 or 3 times till I got to McEwen. ill not buy another auto from them/////

My car wont start HELP! and they did!!!

I have a 2009 chevy Impala, it is still under warranty , yesterday it was 107 degrees outside, and had stopped at the gas station to get gas, was on my way to nashville to c my new born twin grandsons, when my car would not start, in the fuel island at that!!! so, i call my daughter to come jump the car off.... to no avail, We were there like an hour and a half trying to start the car, no luck. So, i happen to think hey this car is under warranty, so i call the dealership alexander cheverlot dickson, the service manager mike said we dont send techs out , Im like omg! i am across the street! It was 150 degrees outside, so i was not at my best i must admit, i was hot ,my car wont start ,and i had even broke my shoe!!! At one point i think i told him to come push the car in to traffic... Needless to say Mike, was very nice to me on the phone, and said he would get someone to start my car, and for me to bring it over for them to look at... the tech was there in seconds, boosted the car off, and I drove to the dealership, where , they found the battery to be no good, But the car as i said was under warranty, and i got a new battery and was on my way in minutes to see my new grandsons!!! I have called and told this to Mikes manager, and just wanted to go beyond, and say a BIG thanks to mike and the crew at alexander for saving the day and my sanity!!! You guys were all very nice to me, when i was having a not so great day!!! Thanks so much! Kelly Prinkey

I bought a 2002 Olds Alero from these guys,new at what I was told was 0% interest on a Saturday night.
When I left the dealership I was under the impression that the deal was final.After two weeks my wife gets a call from the dealership telling her they need us to come in & sign some papers.When we get there the
finance Mgr. tells us our credit wasn't good enough for the 0% rate,but they were able to get us a 7% rate.
This was going to add signifigantly to the payment and lentgh of contract.To make a long story short after
my threatening to leave the car there & to call the cops to find out about the whereabouts of my trade-in
they finally knocked a small amount off the price.Bottom line,I wouldn't do buisiness at another Alexander
owned dealer again.
