Took our son to the TriStar Natchez ER for a severe anxiety attack. They did NOT evaluate, run test or anything else. Held him in a enclosed very small room which added to the attack. Police were called for a child support warrant. Which only added to the anxiety and trouble breathing. I advise everyone to NOT go to this facility, they do NOT care for their patients well being.
I'd highly recommend Urgent Care for their professionalism, staff, atmosphere and overall handling of patients.
When I went there with my 9 year old son both sick they had one assistant that freaked my son out and after I asked her to send in someone different they said they refused to see or help us any further. Save your time and go see professionals when you need medical attention.
I had good luck here until I got Angela Collins. She refused to x-ray my arm and as you can see they boast about their x-ray technology. She told me I only had a soft tissue injury and refused to write me a note to get me out of a job that would injure me more. Here I am three months later with no job. So I went to a real doctor where I use to live and they x-rayed my arm. Guess what I have a fracture in my arm. Now I am out of a job, out the money to go to the doctor and I use that loosely with her because obviously she is not a doctor or much of a nurse. She copped an attitude with me the minute she got into the room with me. Her examine was minimal and I am very unhappy with my treatment. Everyone else has been efficient and friendly including the Receptionists. I want to know why she decided to give me substandard assistance and tried to ruin my life. If she had done her job I might could have gotten Workman's Comp or at the very least the rest to my arm and the right care. I am very angry with this whatever she is.
