Do your self a favor and go else where. Sold me a car and when I brought it to my mechanic the next day they saw the motor was held up by a damn tow strap and when my husband called to tell bobby, he started to cuss him out, didnt even let my hubby speak and told my hubby to come up there and fight him. Worst customer service I have ever come across in my life. Do your self a favor and avoid this scum bag there are plenty other dealers around.
This place (bobby) advertised a car as NO RUST and it was not even close after getting it up on a rack. There were issues and I asked this guy and he gave me answers that proved to be untrue. I called him as soon as I got home and told him there was an issue and he gave me another untrue answer. When I called him back he told me you bought the care AS IS that's it. I would never ever ever buy another car or anything from this guy.
Great experience with this dealership. Worked with Jose as our salesman and Larry as the sales manager. Both of them went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted and to ensure we were happy. For the model we purchased, we couldn't find a better deal at any other dealership and they gave us more money for our trade than any other dealership would. Highly recommended!
Every time I call to make an appointment, the line is busy.I have to call several times for someone to answer the phone.I called 3 times before 10:00 a.m. and the line was busy. I'll probably have to call another 10 times before I talk to a human being today.

The motor blew up in my car and I have been a good customer never missing payments or late more than a week waiting for pay day and the cfo Steve won't speak to me and everyone else is rude as can be, they won't work with me within my means to get my car repaired instead insulting me by calling me a dumb ass and refusing to explain things when asked to I will not refer anyone to them as a matter of fact I will turn anyone who asks me away from them from now on.

Got my car back from their service department and the windshield wipers, cd player, horn, steering wheel buttons didn't work and wouldn't take the time to look at it after and wanted more money. Do yourself a favor and take yourself somewhere else
