I stayed confused with the constant changing of what they said they could do. First Urgent Care sent me because there was a lapse in a medication I needed before I saw my real doctor. The wishy washy service made me anxious and the nurses tried to get me to go to another doctor. I said well I am going to mine first. Then a Clerk made the expensive appointment anyway. I questioned it and got a loud lecture about me changing my mind so much. I said the nurse left it up to me to decide. Then she continued to be rude going they might be able to cure you with a pink pill ????????? What? I said give me to someone else. The Receptionist said she would report her but obviously we have a little clique over here. The Head Nurse was bragging about teaching at Vanderbilt. Woo Hoo! Those who can't do...Teach is that not the old saying?Anyway i have been doing some research and obviously no one is running this place anymore. The Board? What happened to Chrissie. I paid every fee. Mammogram, blood test, and two visits and she basically fired me from care and cut my medication. What is so funny is I went to the Dickson Walmart and the lady next to me said they did her mother the same way. Did I tell you they sent me to Clarksville. I confirmed it twice through the clinic and once through the doctors office and they gave my slot away and neither told me I had to pay cash. Who dropped the ball on this one? Everyone did but the doctors office was wonderful. I would have never gone again anyway under the circumstances. But drop a script for me from the Clinic when i paid all their fees every time. That is so immoral. They try to say oh we will pray for you. Then the head nurse insulted me several times before I left. She cannot hold a candle to my doctor. From now on I will stick with the professionals. And I am still not well. I was at my doctors two days ago and could have got a referral and script from her. This clinic is a joke!
A lifelong battle with fear, anxiety, and depression, full of prescription medications that simply treat the symptoms, led me to search for help.I w…

I'd highly recommend Urgent Care for their professionalism, staff, atmosphere and overall handling of patients.
When I went there with my 9 year old son both sick they had one assistant that freaked my son out and after I asked her to send in someone different they said they refused to see or help us any further. Save your time and go see professionals when you need medical attention.
I had good luck here until I got Angela Collins. She refused to x-ray my arm and as you can see they boast about their x-ray technology. She told me I only had a soft tissue injury and refused to write me a note to get me out of a job that would injure me more. Here I am three months later with no job. So I went to a real doctor where I use to live and they x-rayed my arm. Guess what I have a fracture in my arm. Now I am out of a job, out the money to go to the doctor and I use that loosely with her because obviously she is not a doctor or much of a nurse. She copped an attitude with me the minute she got into the room with me. Her examine was minimal and I am very unhappy with my treatment. Everyone else has been efficient and friendly including the Receptionists. I want to know why she decided to give me substandard assistance and tried to ruin my life. If she had done her job I might could have gotten Workman's Comp or at the very least the rest to my arm and the right care. I am very angry with this whatever she is.
