Awful service. Employees do not know all the proper procedures to handle customer service issues. Employees inside speak nasty about customers in the drive-thru. I even had an employee lie to me about the conversation we had, once she realized she messed up. The higher interest rate you get on accounts is not worth the extra headache in dealing with this bank. Also, the entire Texas First Bank website is antiquated. There is probably another bank down the road with far better electronic access to your account.
