I was a loyal customer since their opening many years ago. Now, I see that management appears to have a "revolivng door' associated with that position. It also appears that in their endeavor to create as much profit as possible, including unneccessary repairs and mis-identifying worn parts, integrity takes a back seat. Since when is it good business If an unwitting customer is willing to pay for their inaccurate, unprofessional and unapologetic expertise? In addition, it appears that it is their practice to discard parts that they say are worn/damaged prior to getting approval and allowing for the customers inspection. No response from anyone after placing a complaint with the "Tire Kingdom" customer service number. I will never again go back there and have sympathy for those patrons who rely on them to provide honest reliable and accurate repairs. Come on guys, "up selling"? Is it really worth it? At least be accurate. It is really a shame, especially since there was a time that I thought highly of Tire Kingdom.
