Rainbow Vacuum Cleaning System - Asthma & Allergy Friendly

My Rainbow was spitting dirt from the vacuum head. I called the corporate headquarters in Michigan. They gave me Mr. Bobby Hodge’s number. I called him while on vacation and he completely walked me through not only what was wrong with my unit, but also how to fix it myself on the spot. Mr. Hodge is great 👍. My vacuum is now up and running like new 30 minutes later. I’ll definitely be calling him for any help with my Rainbow in the future!

Bobby Hodge is quite the professional. He turned my Rainbow back into a charm as opposed to a chore! My wand was damaged during a move, and the whole unit became burdensome to actually move across the floor. It now glides with ease and does its job so much more efficiently thanks to Bobby!! He is such the pro, regarding expediency, appearance, you name it!

I met Mr. Hodges at a venue held at the Biloxi Coliseum last year, when I first moved to Mississippi. He impressed me then with his vast knowledge of the Rainbow, and his engaging personality. Having owned my rainbow since 2007, he gave me his card so I could contact him when I needed to have the Rainbow serviced; and also took down my address. To my surprise, he was in the area with another client, and stopped by to say hello. He completely serviced my Rainbow right then and there, having the parts needed in his car. In a little over an hour he left me grinning from ear-to-ear, wondering, who was that dynamo who blew in and out of here?! Mr. Hodge is a true Southern Gentleman. It was a pleasure to watch his expertise in action. I highly recommend him for all of your Rainbow needs.
