Horrible service. It took a week longer for the part to come in thank advised. Repairman claimed washing machine was fixed but it still doesn't work. As repairman was leaving, he backed into and damaged our mailbox and drove off. When I called owner, Melissa Kemper, she refused to give me her insurance information. Avoid at all costs!!

Passion service pro has been doing home warranty work with plumbers, appliance techs and electricians that are not certified workers. First they will show up to your home and will charge a service fee from $45-150 only to diagnose the problem and send it to the home warranty to see if the problem will get approved. The owner herself will try to find any reason in the diagnosis to put fualt on the home owner so the home warranty will not approve. If the work does get approved they will then set up an appointment to return to the home. Apon return to the home the technician will only have part of the parts and will need to return to the home improvement store to pick up additional parts. This business needs to be investigated by the proper people to see if they follow guidelines to their insurance company.
Everything went so well with Passion Service Pro. They certainly are pros. They are so helpful and kind and get the job done quickly but greatly. They fixed our broken freezer in 10 Minutes. Just had to order a part and they came and put it in! Lee Corbin, the man who fixed our freezer was SO kind to us, and made everything perfect for us. Totally recommend using their service. They are AMAZING.
My home warranty company contracted Passion whom they have a contract with to repair my oven. Passion called to line up appointment and I was told they would give me a 15 minutes heads up when they were in route. On the day of the appointment a very rude technician showed up at my home at 8:00 am without calling me, I was able to get home in 5 minutes but his attitude sucked. I explained that my oven stopped working after using the sel clean mode and I researched and found out that the safety thermometer switch gets tripped on this model during self clean. All he had to do was pull the oven from wall & reset but instead he belittled me and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. He ordered a whole new control board and 2 weeks later we still haven't heard back from them. Since its holiday time and need my oven, I had my neighbor pull from wall and reset switch. It's working fine but I'm out my $100 service call fee. They are a rip off company.
I was assigned to them by My warranty company on Monday. They sent out technician on Wednesday. Without looking into detail, tech blamed on Electrical circuit and asked a review from Electrical guys. When Electrical guys re-confirmed that there was no issue with electrical, Passion Service Pro, sent another technician on Friday. Another technician wrote in his report: "Check Unit. Found bad Electrical Short in unit. Unit needs to be replaced". Instead of looking for complete diagnosis. Monday, I found that my contract was transferred to another company as Passion Service Pro, mentioned to my warranty company that they don't know what is the issue with the unit and it needs second opinion. When I called Passion Service Pro and asked to the point that why they need a second opinion on their two technicians' recommendations, the lady started talking in sarcastic tone and trying to cover up the mistake. I filed a BBB complaint due to this issue against this company. BEWARE. WASTE OF TIME.
