Wow....Good food ...Great atmosphire...
this place is pretty good, not as spicy as i like but still tasty.
i've been here for the lunch buffet which is good and for dinner service. it's within walking distance so we've eaten in, had delivery, and had take out from here, all have been consistent in terms of taste which is great!

though i tend to top everything with mint chutney the flavors of the food can stand on their own. my favorite dishes are:
- aloo gobi
- chicken makhani
- chana tikka masala

they also have really good naan, paratha, lamb vindaloo, and vegetable samosas.basically, awesome :)

Just had lunch, AWESOME!!! I was going to have Middle Eastern but that is always tough during work since it makes you stink of garlic for the rest of the day so I thought Indian !! Wow, I really loved the food, and the lunch buffet is just what I needed for a quick lunch out of the office. ( and no lingering indigestion!) They had me try the Tea, and it was very good, never had it before, I will definitely be back!

I went to peacock gardens cuisine of india I have chilly chicken best southern California. Tandooori chicken was really flavorful also tikka masala as always with full bar service we had gre8 time at very reason price ���� full barr����

I am glad that we found reasonable restaurant to eat great food. It is really hard to get delicious vegetarian food when comes to the restaurant but this time it didn't happen. We had try different restaurants and finally we find the right one. Food is very delicious and mouth watering. We order dal makhni, bengain bharta, chana- masala and veg- biryani and the owner told us they use vegetable oil for cooking, which is so nice of him. Whole staff is very friendly and they were treating very friendly. Nice thing, they also make Jain food on request. we will be going back to this restaurant for sure. They do serve non- veg food as well, which are they popular for.

WE ARE NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

My family has been going to this restaurant for a very long time. We decided to throw an engagement party there and that was a HUGE MISTAKE!! We were ensured by Raj, the owner that we would not have to worry about ANYTHING. Please read about everything that went wrong:

FOOD (seemed like they just took the leftovers from the afternoon event and used it for our party)

Rice was like mashed potatoes had to be remade

Naan was cold and ran out

Chicken murgh masala was supposed to be boneless, but wasn't

Ras malai was chewy, dry and undercooked

Kofta was uncooked

Paneer dish had very few pieces of paneer

No daal was served, which we had asked for in our agreement

Kheer was not served on time

Lassi was served at the end of dinner not during appetizers

Tea was not good at all - tasted like water

Coffee was not very good and it was served way too late

SERVICE

- the owner and his manager had loads of attitude to us and our guests the entire night

- we paid for a full, open bar and all they did was give us 6 bottles of alcohol and when they ran out there was not any more. They didn't provide any wine although they have a huge wine rack at the front door. They also only provided Bud Light and Tecate when there were Corona and Heineken in a cooler at the bar and they wouldn't serve it.

They were way too understaffed and we had to keep reminding them to clean tables

Best indian food & great service it was good experience to have pakoras there...

it was food with great taste and service.

garlic naan nad malai kofta at its best.....

chicken tikka masala is to die for...they have royal taste to their food...

this place attracts me all the tym..

its a must visit for everyone around....

i eat indian food ALL the time in diamond bar mainly ..there has been much parking area ....i love it i thought was decent for years ,,but i finally signed up for searching everying ....i'm not sure how a 4 and a half star review ended up here on yp because peacock deserves the full 5!!! they always treat you like you're at home when you're there and the food is excellent and underpriced !just like at home not every day is the 100% the same .but it's always made with love and always finger licking good!!!!

I am just in love with this restaurant!! I am just speechless!!! you have to come visit this restaurant!! nothing beats this restaurant!

i was theire for lunch this place was full.so wait for five minute.honest after eating my wait was worthty.nice cooked meal looks fresh i am vegetarian they have more choices then any other indian place i eat.the best part food smell was every where becouse they don,t have carpit in dining side.i look theire this place is recoggnition by california state senate.owner was on jop he tell me this place been open since 1982 .i surprise when they give me mangho lassi even idid,nt order.i gona take my family one day.ilike this place nice staff.

this restaurant one off its unique kind i was there today for dinner food was so good i have been in other indian restaurant but peacock is one best in city,its the blend of authenicity,flavour of spices and fressness in its own way its not only good in flavour but is the best in service and hospitality.
