the store on Baker rd. in Dexter Mi. failed miserably while the National Campaign of 4.99 for 8 Pieces to help the folks here to afford a nice meal out, which normally most of us cant. This Place ( Which I say nicely) was a possible riot. They refused your offer ( Popeyes) and were very rude about it.. I suggest in the future, if your going to advertise a deal (nationally) or even locally you should inform the prospective consumer that "in reality" it's just a ploy to get you in the establishment & then they can tell you that deal is no good here!!!!! And then they try to sell you a $15.00 meal which you should have gotten for $4.99, I'll make my own potatoes & salad, Thank You

From the time I entered the drive thru line to the time I got my order was 1 hour and 15 minutes! From the time I ordered to the time I got my food was 20 minutes. RIDICULOUSLY SLOW SERVICE!!!!! There were only 7 cars ahead of me and less than 10 people inside, some of which came and went while I was in line. When I got to the window, the cashier, Jumont asked "you ordered 2 spicy chicken combos?" I replied with "no, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and a medium lemonade. " Jumont said " oh, I don't have that order, I don't even see it." A male in a yellow shirt I presume was the manager, came over to help him in key in my order. He said nothing to me. No apology, nothing. He seemed more focused on getting back to his snack.
I also didn't notice my order was wrong until I left. I was given a classic chicken sandwich, not what I ordered. I'd already waited so long and that wait put me far behind, I didn't have another hour to wait to go back for them to fix my issue, so I just ate that bland sandwich.
