Lafata Molly

Molly Lafata claimed I was approved for insurance and would save $20 a month. About a week later, she called and said I was not insurable, and the money I paid State Farm would be refunded. Then, it turned out, a portion of that money was being deducted (non-refundable) for various reasons. I then had to GO BACK to e-Insurance, and pay more for my auto insurance than I had been paying before. Her reply? No even an apology. Not one dime out of her pocket. It's been over a month and I still have not received my refund check, a phone call, or anything (and had to borrow money to pay e-Insurance). Her insurance license should be revoked due to negligence and misrepresentation. My advice: Don''t do business with Molly LaFata. Google her as well: She is racking up other complaints. Hopefully, State Farm will step in and put this agent out of business. What comes around, GOES around Molly LaFata.
