Very rude people there never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service, very bad people working there. I hope this place shuts down because they don't care about anything or anyone.

They were sent as an area provider tow company through my insurance company's roadside assistance. Took the driver an hour to arrive, never called as stated, and when he showed up he never got out of the truck. After sitting there for about 5-10 minutes, I got out and went to the truck. Driver told me I had to pay $55 out of pocket labor fee in order to hook up my car!!! Had no clue what he was talking about because the insurance company told me everything was covered - considering I was only going 3 miles. Driver claimed they were the only provider in the area, so my request would be routed back to them if I tried someone else. Went back and forth with the driver, tried calling getting in touch with my insurer, and finally said I would pay it and follow up later. Driver attempted to run a credit/debit card on his cell phone, but I wasn't comfortable with that so I walked to an ATM two businesses down from where we were. Came back, less than 5 minutes, he left!!! Called my insurer, found it was BS! Company billed insurer for an additional service after dispatched - which wasn't needed, tow was covered completely, no out of pocket needed, multiple service providers in the area, and the company lied and said they left after 30 mins. because I was refusing service. Made a formal complaint...by the sound of it, they will no longer be a provider for this major insurance company. FRAUDS!!!

TOP TOWING AND JUNK CAR BUYER OR USE TIRE DEALER AROUND. THIS COMPANY WILL GO OUT IF WAY TO TOW ANYBODY TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE MOST FOR YOUR JUNK VEHICLES EVEN WITH THE PRICE OF SCRAP A ALL TIME LOW. THEY KNOW FAIR MARKET PRICING FOR GIVING YOU MONEY FOR YOUR CAR, OR TOWING YOUR VEHICLE TO IT S NEXT DESTINATION..THEY HAVE ONLY THE BEST USED TIRES WITH GOOD TREAD FOR YOUR CARS OR TRUCKS. THE OWNER HAS A OPEN DOOR TO CALLING HIS BUSINESS AND ASKING FOR HIM, IN ANY OF QUESTIONS, OR A SITUATION THAT INVOLVED HIS BUSINESS. BOTTOM LINE, YOU HAVE FOUND A "DIAMOND IN THE ROUGHT" With this Business! FOR REAL!

Please do yourself a favor and never use this service. This is a fraud company and I have images to prove it. They damaged my car while towing and refuse to admit it. Did not give me a receipt for the service. Only take cash to cheat on tax. Even the operator on phone is in on the scam. Owner is no where to be found. Someone needs to report this business already. Shame I cannot give it less then 1 star.

Outrageous prices, very rude employees, they damaged my car and will not return my calls. Have to take them to court. Buyer beware! Do not do business with this scamming company!

You want top quality service and a great price, You have to call this company. The name Price is Right is correct. They have great prices and treat your vehicle like it is royalty when you use there service. If they tell you 20 minutes or the time they are coming, you can bet they will be there. The owner want your business for ever if you are in need for towing or roadside help. They go out of their way to help you, and know all the good shops to take your car close to where you at to drop off if you don t have a place in mine to tske your vehicle to save you money. If you want a great towing company that will give you that perfect service in towing your vehicle. PRICE IS RIGHT TOWING is the place to call hands down period!

The State police had them tow my car after an accident. not only do i have to pay to fix my car and was just in an accident but they charged me $500 when i didn't even choose for them to be the towing company that i did my business with. my car may not even be fixable so the $500 to have them tow it there and to my auto mechanic is insane! when we found it was towed there we have a family friend who owns a towing business of his own we asked if he could tow it from their lot and they gave us the run around. first they told us all the outside towing company needed was liability and workmen's comp. but when he gets there they tell him he needs a notarized letter with permission to release the vehicle to him and they would charge a $50 gate fee. the men and women who helped me have all been very polite but who ever owns this company is a douche bag and needs to be fired.

One great towing company that goes out their way to help their customers. They have great rstes and excellent service to take care of their customers. You will love the service and the prices.
