Heritage Optical needs to review customer service standards! I have a condition that requires special equipment in order to be fitted for hard contact lenses. I was given a prescription by one of the doctors to verify the condition. I made a follow up appointment a week out to continue the process of getting my eyes corrected. Once in the office for my appointment, the doctor tells me that she just looked at my chart and because of my condition they are unable to accommodate me at this time. The office had a week to look over my chart and determine the best course of action in regards to my visit. The doctor was rude and, from my experience, the office staff was incompetent.
