Had taxes done at Gratiot location (south of 8 mile) in Detroit, MI. I.R.S. contacted me and informed me that numbers on my filing papers that "The tax experts" gave me, and the numbers that the I.R.S. received were different. The I.R.S. told me that I needed to do an amended return. After contacting the agent that filed my taxes at "The tax experts" along with emailing the conflicting numbers, this agent will not answer nor return voice mails. Unprofessional is an understatement. Will be contacting the BBB at the very least.

Good service. Manager withstood a hail of insults from nasty person in front of me, and maintained composure to help me with advice. Man, some people just think banks gonna roll over and let them defraud other customers. Jerk in this other review trying to kite checks then intimidate workers. Sheesh.
Worst bank in the metro area of Detroit, I opted out of over drafting fees 6 months ago because they double dipped me 50 dollars for 76 cents over draft. Yesterday I went over 26 cents assuming if I went over my debit card would be rejected, but this ruthless company slapped me with a 28 dollar over draft anyway, the greed an unfriendly banking policies isn't worth anyone's time or (money) go some where else. Money is tight for most people an this bank an it's employees could careless.
The rudest People, I ever met in my life. I closed my accounts, and save deposit box. I will never do business with them again. I was so offended by the way Grayce Davinson treated me.
The staff is loud, unprofessional, and just plain rude. I would never open an account at Comerica Bank on Mound and 8 Mile or refer any of my friends.
Stay away. Harrasses within 24 hours of late payments. I must have the only loan this bank has. Collections are rude and condesending. Went into a branch office and not one person smiled or cared why you were there.
