paid almost $30 in delivery fees to have them sme day delivered. They didnt arrive. Promised an upgrade. 24 hours later they still havent arrived and can not get anyone to talk to me. This was a special event celebration. keep transfering me and all I get is a voice mail and emails with I am sorry and vouchers off my next order..ummm don't think so .
They delivered a day late and it looked like a grocery store bouquet thrown in a glass of water!! And if that wasn't bad enough, it was NOT the flowers we picked! Hydrangeas were used to fill out the lily bouquet! Looked really bad at the funeral home with our name on it! Never again!!
Terrible scam, all the way. You will spend twice as much money, spend hours on the phone, and never get the flowers. Whenever I called, the line connection/quality was so bad, it was like Skype from the 1990s. Then, on hold again. I finally went thru my credit card company to get my money back and filed with the BBB. I cannot warn you strongly enough that this outfit are dishonest to the core.
Be warned of this outfit! They not only delivered the wrong arrangement, they charged me $83 for $40 worth of flowers. After two days of leaving messages on their toll-free number and not receiving a response, I located a non-800 number and called them directly. The rep offered me a $50 credit, which I refused. After threatening to call the BBB, they did refund the entire expense. Never again.
I ordered a specific arrangement to be delivered to my wife on our anniversary today. It contained her favorite flowers( stargazer Lilies and red roses) I paid $118.00 dollars after the $40.00 off coupon. What arrived was a very small arrangement with none of her favorite flowers in a cheap little vase. It totally ruined the effect that I was trying to achieve on this special day. To add insult to injury I was sent an apology email offering me $50.00 off my next order. I just want a full refund at this point. I am not likely to ever order from you again
My flowers were not delivered when they were suppost to and they are saying it won't be delivered until after Mother's Day! unacceptable! I ordered days in advance and the name is spelt wrong! Plus customer service won't return calls or emails! Never again
I stopped by this afternoon and was happy to see the display of Easter arrangements that I could order. I am ususally late with my order, but not this year. I ordered my Mom an Easter Lily and my daughter in Oregon a beatuiful arrangement. It onlytook a few minutes with their help.

Day One: I am across the country and my fiance is sick at home. She needs some love so I order a bouquet from 800wesleys.com. Later that night I get an email stating they were backed up and would not be able to be delivered until the next day.She wasn't going to be home the next day so I call their 800 number to cancel. I Spent 20 minutes on hold until I get an answering service. (Their website claims they have a State of the Art call center that serves them 24/7) I speak to a woman named Deb who obviously did not pass along the message.
Day 4: I get another email saying they would not be delivered until the next day. I called and waited on hold AGAIN for another 20 minutes! no one answers. I get an answering machine this time and I am careful to leave my name, order and telephone number in a message to call back, but again...no one does.
Day 5: I call and actually reach someone! She tells me the order was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I told her I have been trying to cancel. She doesn't have the power to cancel herself, and needs a supervisor. She puts me on hold. I wait for ANOTHER 30 minutes this time! No one ever picks up. I call back, but by now they are closed and I get an answering service once again! I left another message with my info and shot off another email explaining my circumstances.
Day 6: I am able reach someone again. I relate my tale and finally cancel my order thinking I would receive a refund for my troubles...not so much! Apparently I didn't read the fine print where they stick it to you for using their services. I am offered a PARTIAL refund. I ask for a manager and get a woman named Tamara. I relate my tale once again. She seems equally apathetic to my case and actually hangs up on me! Day 7: I have yet to receive a refund or even a communication regarding ANY type of refund. In fact, the only communication I have EVER received from them are emails saying my order couldn't be delivered. I don't expect I will be seeing my money back.
Day 8: WOW! Incredible!...I receive my first response from Wesley Berry himself. He apologizes for my troubles and offers me a discount on my next purchase. Still, I haven't seen any refund of any kind as of yet.
With this many troubles over such a long period of time, I am convinced this is standard operating procedure and not an isolated incident! DO NOT USE 800wesleys.com!
