        Overall

        I rate this place a negative zero. This owner is RUDE!!!. They believe they don't make mistakes and won't admit when they wrong. They will get a negative zero if I could. I don't advise anyone to get any repairs done. Customer service sucks PERIOD!!!

        Wonderful and friendly staff always willing to help and if you are a local you can't beat finding just about anything you could want there. And with out the hassle and expense of driving clear across town to get what Cadillac Pro Hardware already has in stock.
