S3 is a great company with a great culture. They look to help people change their station in life while helping their customers. Furthermore, they also give back to their communities to make the world a better place. So if you are looking for a change and a great company give them a call.
I agree with the reviews stated by others. This company sucks big time. If you even request a letter than you have been enrolled with S3, they take one month to come back to you. They say "oh we have forwarded your query to our legal department" Are you kidding me? You take one month to get a job verification letter. Their Managers never pick the call. Half the time they are travelling. Their support staff is useless as they are as good as voice mail box.. I will request friends to stay away from this BS company.
Stay away from this company, they put me on a job for 3 days to remove me with the "no funding", "no signed contract from customer" excuse. Are you kidding me! ??Also 2 other people were hired also and they never started. I turned down another job 1 week after I accepted this position, so basically I was screwed/life ruined. What about the 2 others that were suppose to start the day after she walked me off the job site? My account mgr was Renee Bryant and she is the most unprofessional, fake person I have ever met. She needs to be fired. I contacted the office, they sent me a check for time worked and a "I'm sorry" letter from HR Director. There are many morenegitive reviews about this company, google the Internet! BAD BAD BAD COMPANY..DO NOT GO NEAR THEM and do not trust them, if you do you will be burned too!
This company has been a nightmare to work with. They are basically a VMS (vendor management system) that collects a fee for doing nothing. Half the time S3's clients go around them to talk directly to us, the vendor, because nothing would get done in time if they didn't. One employee kept sending me responses to my emails saying, &amp;quot;I'll get back to you by the end of the day&amp;quot;. 2 weeks later I still had no responses. I hope S3's clients know that our company will avoid doing business with them unitl they get rid of S3.
