Overall

They sold me a car with a chipped windshield, said they would take care of any problems I had in 30 days or 1000 miles. When I called about the chipped windshield, they said the car was sold as is and all repairs would be my responsibility. They have some nice cars but they don't keep their word. Don't sign a contract with them until everything is thoroughly checked and you're satisfied.

Worked with Ray to get a new car. He was really great! Excellent follow-up, had us in our vehicle in a snap. He even stayed after the dealership closed to get us set-up. Very professional. The dealership was clean and inventory was top notch . Thanks, Ray! -Tiffani S.

Worked with a salesperson by the name of Ray. He promised to have an answer for us the following business day but never called us. When we called, he informed us that he hadn't even ran the app and basically said he was too busy to do so and then again promised to let us know the following business day. Yet again no call, and when we called we were told he wasn't in. No one else was able to assist. We tried the following day and he wasn't in on this day. No one was able to help us and we were told someone would "look Into" it and give us a call back. One week later and still nothing. They are very unprofessional and have no sense of urgency. I would not recommend giving any of your personal information to them. Who knows what they are doing with it since they apparently aren't using it to run a credit application.

All my rights as a human was violated forced to say merry christmas. My private phone conversation was eased droped and made public to everyone and i was thrown out in the cold over me really sayn happy holidays not merry Christmas i was yelled at and ask what are we celebrating anyway??? Just get out and gooo. I was promised a low income plan for a week donald walks to a counter name finance they said they lost it!!! Do i have co signers plural and about 1800 with my trade in !!!#QUALITY CARS TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE...TAKE THAT BACK TO SOUTFIELD THIS HERE DETROIT

Southfield Quality Cars is the most recommended dealership on 8 mile. Im a former Collison guy. And I noticed little to no paint work on theyre inventory. That a sign that there buying clean cars. And theyre not in the restoration business. The sales staff looked like they stuck xanax in the coffee-no energy. I thought the new building would change the atmosphere from the old trailor. Guess not. Theres no music playing, no pictures on the wall, and no conversation. On the finance side. They are top notch. They work with a lot of banks, and not just credit acceptance. Who is the lowest of the low.

I bought a Chrysler 300 from here over 2 years ago and never had a problem outside of minor repairs. Great car. Great customer service.

From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, we were given individualized, personalized service. Matt spent hours with us, patiently searching for and finding the car that met my needs, then demonstrating the features of the car and even pairing my phone to its bluetooth. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional throughout the process. He was also very communicative and responsive to our questions regarding the features of the car and regarding scheduling pickup of my vehicle.

I would highly recommend Matt and the dealership to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

Great finance and sales team. Mark the sales rep followed up with me promptly when I inquired about a vehicle on the website. I then came in the next day and was greeted by a very friendly staff. The building is big for being a used car dealership; parking was easy, right in front of the door. I spoke Steve, the finance manager regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase and he was up front about the price; there was no going back and forth to get a better price; the price given was better than any other dealership had listed. After signing paperwork and getting ready to leave I was approached by Matt, the sales manager; He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and was able to educate me on all of the many features and stated that he was always available if we have any concerns or questions. I genuinely appreciate the car buying experience and highly recommend this dealership.

Disappointed with the manager. I bought an Audi A4 convertible. It is in good shape but they had just replaced the ignition coils. When the car started idling high I took it and had the computer read and it informed me that it could be the coils. Instead of helping me out, they gave me the number of the mechanic who gave me the run around (of course). I ended up spending about $300 before I even made my first car payment. I get things happen BUT when I call you and you KNOW you got something fixed dealing with the same issue then help your customer get it taken care of. Steve the manager acted like he sympathized and offered to talk to the owner to see if he could help with the price of the repair. I have emailed him twice and he has yet to get back with me. Fortunately I found a great mechanic online that specializes in Audis. I liked their cars and their referral program but I will not refer them to anyone due to the lack of them addressing this issue.

TOTAL RIP OFF

Upon purchasing a vehicle from Southfield quality cars we realized that the car had body damage that was never disclosed. If that wasn't enough, they also got us into a loan that could not be refinanced for 4 years at an outrageous rate. Also I tried to get the warranty extended and they ignored my request several times. At the end of it we also realize that the car was sold at the very top Black Book value, making it virtually impossible to sell. This place needs to be closed down before they rip other people off. There is not one shred of integrity in this place and all they are out to do is make money at the expense of the customer. I would like to give them no stars but that wasn't an option. As an auto mechanic I know the ins and outs of the business. Anyone who purchases a car from these people is at the mercy of themselves because you will surely not receive any thing from these people once they get your money. Shame on you people one day you will have to answer to God.

my dad,the manager sam Shaba has done some great deals.for example he sold a ducatti for 2.5k and he even sold a corvette for 5k and he always adds a bit of humor when buying a car for example he was seling a car the costomer asked the price and my dad said 1 million then he said im just kidding its 3.5k

Such a rip off

Southfield Quality Cars is such a rip off, they wanna give u the cars that no one else wants. I got a Mercury Montego from the lot and a week later the alternator went out. My fiancé believes the transmission is going also. I believe they reset everything to make u think the car is good but it's not. This is the worst car I ever bought I do not recommend this place for a car.

If there was a negative star rating I would have used it. This is nothing more than a money machine, people are hurded like cattle and they just get what they can from you.... When you drive away with a piece of crap car, they act like "oh my" and do nothing about it. They are taking good money from the poorest and most desperate people out there. They should be ASHAMED of them selves for their behavior. I intend to file a lawsuit, and perhaps call the news! RIP OFF DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service great inventory

I would recommend this dealership to everyone. i went t this dealership hoping to get financed with my challenged credit with a low down payment. The sales representative as well as the finance manager were able to help me get financed fast and easy in less than 30 minutes i was driving out with one of the cars i choose from.
