I usually don't post reviews but my experience working with Aaron's Carpet & Janitorial LLC was one that deserved to be acknowledged. The hard working employees at this company literally brought my carpet back to life. I was skeptical at first thinking that I would just be better off getting new flooring but I'm glad that I didn't! I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to everyone!!!

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I booked the appointment 8 weeks in advance and took the day off work for them to perform the service. when the day finally came they were 2 1/2 hours late and stated they could not perform the service because they did not have the correct equipment. He said he would come the next day to complete the service. I left work early the next day to have my carpet cleaned. Not only did they not show up, but the owner would not answer his phone. I turned my house upside down and moved everything to have my carpet cleaned and he never showed up. This business appears very disorganised with horrible business ethics.
I Do not Know this Person, but I do want them to know they can be sued for slander, we have never had this individual for a client, with all do respect to this person, there is only one Aaron's Carpet & Janitorial but many Aaron's Carpet, so I'm going to assume you have the wrong company, because we are professional,reliable and respectable.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. When I scheduled my appointment, I had to wait 6 weeks due to an advertised special they were running . I gave my address and location of where I live to the owner and in return he told me what he expected of me, for the preparation the night before. (Vacuum and move furniture out of the rooms) I did not receive confirmation from this company so, I called them 1-1/2 hours before they were scheduled to arrive. I was told by the owner they were not coming because I lived 40 minutes away and coming to my house would prevent them from getting to their other customers. ( I am not a valued customer?) They had 6 weeks to figure out their logistics or to even reschedule. This company lacks consideration for their customers and needs to learn what Customer Service is about. Beware, you may not be a valued customer either.
