best car dealership i ever went to helped me pick out the car that my son would be the safest inthe owner is honest hardworking man that cares about his customers and employeses
best car buying experience that i have ever had sells great cars for good prices and told me the history of the car that i got
Tried to buy a car and put a deposit down with a guarantee of my money back if I wasn't happy after a test drive. Brakes were still bad on the vehicle even though they said it was fixed and a check engine light was on even though I was assured no dash lights. Told I was only getting 100 of my 300 deposit back when I said it wasn't satisfied and wasn't going to buy the car. Buyer beware!
They told me the car I was interested in on Craigslist had a perfect body "SUPER MINT!!!" .. I drove 40 mins to the dealership to check it out and it has a huge rust bubble on the side of the car. This place is a bunch of scammers and not a safe area to bring money. Avoid at all costs!
Leah provided great customer service. I would recommend Hot Wheel City to anyone for great, easy, affordable services.
This car dealer will lie to your face, show you false carfax reports making it look clean. The cars are all salvages and barely work. My check engine light came on the day after I bought the car. The frame is so bent that I need tires every few months, after being told and shown with a fake carfax, that the car had only one minor accident, when in actuality it had been in 5 accidents and one was major. This dealer will tell you anything to sell a car and he will lie to your face. Stay away from this place as this dealer is a scammer and a liar. I tried to sell him the car back just under a year later because it has too many problems that I know he was aware of. He tried to give me $1500 after I bought it for $6500. He knew the car didn't work and sold it anyway. Total scam company that should not be in business.
I bought a car from this dealer and REGRET it. Warning....I would NOT recommend this company. This is not a reputable dealer. They knew about damages to the car and sold it at a high price. Major issues were wrong with this car....and these people KNOW cars. So they knew what was wrong and sold it that way. They are sharks....watch out! When everything is fixed to drive, it will cost $3,000.00 more than wanted to spend! As it stands now.....we can't even drive it until it is fixed!
HORRIBLE BUSINESS! I called about a part I was told they had. He was too busy (Believe his name was Danny) and said to call back in 15. I called back exactly like he said. He took down info and said he'd check on part availability and call me back at my # on his caller i.d. I waited patiently for over 2 hours-nothing. Finally 2 1/2 hours later I gave up and called them back and he picked the phone right up--didn't seem that busy. Come to find out the part I thought they had was for a different kind of vehicle so I waited all that time for NOTHING. He said he'd go and doublecheck on the part to make sure and set the phone down while I waited....and waited....and waited....10 minutes at least...and then the phone went DEAD-NICE! A**hat obviously hung up on me--for no good reason because had been very polite the entire time. I called back to see what happened and went straight to voicemail---real nice AGAIN:P I left a polite voicemail to please call me back and waited 2 hours and no return call. I wish I could give them a NEGATIVE 50 rating but unfortunately not available. Save yourself time and misery and go elsewhere!!! HORRIBLE, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL outfit....
I bought a car from them last October. It has been in the shop repeatedly since then. Going on 9 times. Tried to buy a new one from them to replace the lemon, suddenly they couldn't get me financed with a 700+ credit score. Don't believe the good reviews they write them to keep their score high. Avoid this dealership like the plague!!!!!!!!!!
bought a car years ago for cash was ready to upgrade but i was nervous because I've never had to go through the approval process for a car. i was happy champs auto took my car as a trade-in so i didn't have to put any money down on the car i was purchasing. it took them a couple days to get me approved which was totally fine...i was shocked i didn't need a cosigner. my monthly budget was $250 for car payments - they got me down to $210 a month which was awesome. thank u guys again, i will recommend u. P.S. the remote starter was a nice surprise lol
