WORST place ever to have your child. Staff broke my sons arm had to have pins put in and all. They tried saying my son did it to himself. SERIOUSLY There are many other things that go on there too, If i had or ever get the money i will take down this facility and the employees for how these children are treated. They are there for help not, to be given more issues. Listen to your child not the staff. They where so horrible with my son he tried to commit suicide . When you visit your child if there quiet and don't want to talk about how things are going there's something wrong! Its a state ran facility so there's not much you can do, no attorney will touch the case. I feel sorry for every child in there. Do whatever you can to keep your child out of there. There are other places just may take some time. Praying for all the children there.

As a masters level special education teacher and behavior interventionist, I agree with others. I also have some connections there in Detroit who work for juvenile probation and they say to get your kids out of DBI ASAP! They do not keep the data from daily sheets and thinking papers to evaluate progress, discover unmet needs, barriers and trends in the triggers/antecedents. Also, the Michigan Advocacy and Protection Agency also says in their opinion sending a youth to this program is abuse and neglect. They will get bit, bullied and then told by their therapist to just take the hits to avoid getting violations. Their "good days" programming and level system is a total joke. They can never explain or justify the math of how they get to the next level and working with special needs kids means they have to have things broken down into understandable and workable short term goals. They go through staff and therapists there like crazy so there is no consistency. Their definition of "family therapy" is also a complete joke as it is often a 5 minute phone call that has nothing to do with goals. They do not communicate well at all or address educational needs and IEP laws either. Worst place ever in my direct experience....
Extremely rude trainers screams and yells at fatter patrons that come in and I feel uncomfortable of working here because of the trainers that are very harsh
Horrible dirty center but nice staff feeds children hot dogs everyday mice and bugs i would not recommend this school to anyone no curriculum for the children ...adult to child ratio is to many children to one teacher...teachers are not educated ....management does not try to help teachers gain education.....
Would not recommend at all called this facility and child answered the phone on 7/3/17, And went to get an adult. I ask the lady you guys allow children to answer the phone, she rudely reply were are not open today. I proceeded to ask here what the time that their day stay open fromShe asked me who are you , I said someone considering this daycare. She said listen to this and hang up the phone ! Now if there this way over the phone imagine if you child/infant did something to tick them off!
This college staff seamless merges corruption and incompetence. These idiots are reporting that I attended their college in war torn Detroit. I’ve never applied to nor attended WCC and was a student at OU at the time I supposedly attended. Their completely unhelpful staff will do nothing to correct Student Clearinghouse records. This schools should be shut down.
Primary Colors is beyond amazing!!! My son has flourished in all areas since he began. It is evident that Ms. Loraine has a true passion for what she does. She goes above and beyond what I have ever expected from a Preschool. Her love for children and their education is evident in the complete program, from the setting to the activities and Themes she does. Ms Samantha is also just as amazing. They love the children and I just can't speak more highly of them and this Center. So do you and your child a favor and check this place out!!! I promise you won't regret it, I don't think I could have found a better place as they are on point in all areas. They eliminate all worry because with these two I know he is in the best of care and is getting educational instruction that is appropriate for his age and preparing him for Kindergarten (He has only been there for about 2 1/2 months and he is already writing his name!!).
Really bad. Chaotic, scary. Equivalent to assembly line dentistry. I was moved from on station to another as though I were touring the facility. Some of the students were displaying foolish signs ego and self importance. I am acquainted with the area and the residents deserve much better. I went elsewhere for my low income dental procedure and I'm glad I did. Once was more than enough at U of D mercy.
You charged us for flowers that were never delivered This is not a real company, just taking orders and stealing money. No customer service ever calls back. You are put on hold.
