This place is in need of a staff that really knows their profession. the CNA's would do better if their were more of them and they were paid better. The facility itself is nice and clean. They just build a brand new rehab section. The administration is what makes the facility bad. From the nursing, admissions, social workers and the administrator who is never seen. It's not the worst place but if you choose this place...make sure to visit your loved one often

This place is a piece of s*** it's nasty the police are rudely I had to take my mother out of there because they always stealing her stuff they keep their patients wet all day poop on them all day it's just not a good place to put your favorite love ones keep your loved ones out of this place they will not be cared for they do nothing for the people but verbally abused I give them zero Stars cuz you can never catch up with the DOA/ owner I have to put one star for a rating cuz I really give it no stars
Management talk to you with No respect, especially the DON.This facility is centered around making and saving money for the facility. Cna,s are not allowed to do overtime, even if the facility is short staff. No raises or bonuses are given. NEVER. Your check is never correct, and you have to fight for the money you work for
Very unprofessional, lazy, mismanaged. Food terrible & of course they don't take care of the patients.
Do not take your love ones to this place!! It does not deserve a star! Strong urine smell, patient had black bugs in his shoes & socks!! Some of the staff have attitudes when asked to speak to administrative personnel. My mother room looks like a jail cell. Been waiting 7 days to get her transferred, management dropped the ball on that, passing the buck, but trying to get that payment from the insurance company .please don't not take your love ones there!!
My mom was happy with the care that was given here. However the administration staff does NOT make it a priority to inform the family about the availability of beds and what the insurance will cover. My mom was sent to the emergency room after complaining to staff about being handled roughly. When it was time for her to return, we were told she couldn't come back because they didn't have a bed for her...WOW! I later found this not to be true! All of their beds are dual certified for medicare and medicaid. This was done because they did not want to deal with a patient who has dementia. THIS I NOT GOOD OR PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE!!!
Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE HERE.!!!!! This place is horrible they refused to call an ambulance when my father was sick. My father told them for days he was having chest pains. They ignored him. When I got there the next day. he hardly could breath. I had to take him to the hospital. The Doctor said he had congested heart failure. Those bastards doesn't care about those patients. They stole all his clothes, and money, snacks. This place needs to be shut down. Everytime I go in there the place stinks. Some of the nurses are rude with a bad attitude.
Seem to be a nice place on the 1st floor then we were moved on the 3rd floor. Most staff (CNA) on this floor are lazy and seem to be there for a pay check only not really caring for their patients and the staff blames the other shift of wrong doing a lot..... NOT ACCEPTABLE some staff need to be retrained or fired.
stay clear. not worth your time or money. to much to list. theft from employees on patients, poor care, people don't bath shower or wash. The stinch of urine is always in the air.
My mother is a resident in this facility. I am there everyday. Every issue or need that my sister and I have had is addressed immediately. The staff is friendly and curteous and are attentive to the needs of the residents. The place is clean. Since I had to put my mother in a skilled nursing facility, I have no regrets about choosing this facility. In addition, the physical therapy offered at this location is top notch, excellent and is helping my mother's condition improve.
