Words cannot express my thoughts about New Harmony Baptist Church on Mt. Elliot. My grandmother was 103 when she passed. She was a member for over 30 years...I believe or more. She paid her tithes EVERY month even through her sickness...she paid her tithes. The Pastor had the audacity to charge us for her eulogy. She was a paid up member...everything should have been free concerning her memorial services. Greedy ass people, who teach tithing and membership in falsehood will probably go to hell...smh. Thank GOD my faith is not in man!

Wonderful Church fellowship. Excellent music and fun. The Choir can flat out sing. The presence of the Lord is in this place of worship.They have a new, dynamic Pastor who orates in a clear and concise manner. He delivers the Word with passion and humility.I enjoy a wonderful worship experience, every time I'm there.

This church is all about the love of Christ! Their motto is "A perfect church for imperfect people." People come as they are. The message is bible based and applicable to life. The members are very welcoming and the pastor is down to earth.

If the "minister" is Russell W. Schaller find another church. Christ lead by example. He was not about frauding people (taking their money and not delivering the goods/services or having services performed and cheating a person of their pay). I guess he thinks the title of minister is going to save him from hell..
