Not sure what the woman below was complaining about. This facility operates as best as one could expect. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service. Awesome pizza at an incredible price. Love me some Papa Murphy's!!

Walked in. No one was at either counter. It was 4p the high sch kids arriving for their shift counted 12. Crowded with loud along with customers arriving. Finally a girl asked if I wanted tomato for salad. I had cheese bread on the counter by the till closest to the door. A boy went to the other til "Bring your food. rude tone. I ordered Family size chick artichoke,Papa's favorite asked if the $5 coupon two Family pizzas could be used on those?"As long as they are not on sale!" Still that rude tone. Total of $37. I asked if the coupon had been applied? if I could see a receipt? He snapped "Well you have to pay first I said, " I am the customer and you need to my nice to me, not rude. Gave my card& swiped. He said " I wasn't being rude! " in a rude voice! " I worked in food service for over 20 yrs and you NEED to be kind to the customer. "He then apologized. I come often. If I want teenage attitude I can get free at home! Receipt said Heather, Clearly a boy NOT Heather?! Thanks
