PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO MAKE A RESERVATION! I would not waste your money on this. First of all we did not even get a chance to go on the tour after we paid in cash at the booth. Our group of 5 made a reservation at 11 am to go on the Sunset tour at 6 pm; they took our credit card info at that time to hold the reservation (little did we know they were hand writing it on a piece of paper in the ticket booth). When we arrived to board the boat at 5:15-5:20 there were about six seats available none of which were together and there were 4 other people behind our group of 5 boarding the boat at the same time while we were searching for seats. I would never pay for a service where my husband and i would not be permitted to sit together; Crazy! We brought it to the attention of the 2 employees that were on the boat of the lack of seating. They offered NO help finding seats and one said to us "ok would you like a refund" so we took our tickets back and went back to the booth were we purchased them. And we were never told by the employee on the phone that it was first come first serve seating when we made the reservation because then why would we bother with a reservation. After politely speaking with the employee we purchased the tickets from for 20-25 minutes she told us there were seats (she was in her booth and spoke to no other employee about the seating available so how would she be able to see) (but she nor any of the other employees offered help us find seats, which at a customer service standpoint would have expected and because there were none) and there was NO way we'd get our money back. She then told us to leave or she'd call security and slammed her window down. Then after speaking with another vendor as to what we could do since they had taken our money and NOT provided us with a service the very helpful vendor suggested we speak to the Habor Master and directed us to his office. A rep from the Harbor Master's office contacted the employee at the booth who then contacted the owner Captain Larry. When Captain Larry arrived he first complained about us bringing him in on his day off and before we could even discuss how his employees treated us so poorly and were very unhelpful and rude he stated "Bottom line you are not getting your money back." Then told us we could get "Rainchecks" which were good for a lifetime. He was very rude, put his hand in my face just as were all of his employees that we came in contact with (I am 5'4' female and was more polite to this person than I should have been, needless to say I am not intimidating to a 6' adult male) . So now my husband and I are out 52 bucks, have worthless "Rainchecks" and wasted 3 hours of our vacation time. Even though I cannot comment of the actual Dolphin Cruise experience with this vendor I can comment on the lack of professionalism and frightful lack of customer service of the Owner and his staff. Please take this review into account when considering this vendor so you won't waste your vacation time like all 5 of us did.

We went here for spring break and had an awesome day! I highly recommend the Sea Blaster. We saw lots of dolphin and enjoyed the ride down the coast. I will suggest this activity to all my out of town company.
