Wigs By Cheyenne

I recently purchased approximately two thousand dollars in wigs at this shop. The lady who assisted me was rude, pushy, and only interested in selling a wig of her choice. I tried to diffuse this situation by telephone, however, she was even more rude. The shop has a great selection of wigs, but it could use better service! I could get better service on the internet!

I wasted over a hundred bucks by getting a hair extension from Sallys. You cant take it out of the box so it makes it hard to match your hair. A friend told me about your store and I was super happy to be able to try the extension on and the sales ladie helped me every step of the way. Top Notch Customer service. I have changed my hair color so Im going back for another one.

Really great staff and shop. Prices reasonable because of the quality and selection, The saying you pay for what you get applies here and they are terrrific matching colors and styles for a natural or exotic look depending on what you are looking for. Have visited many other shops in tri-state area and they did not appear compariable. Staff is very kind and attentive attentive and its a fun place to spend an afternoon with friends.

I accompanied my mother-in-law, a chemo patient, to Wigs by Cheyenne to purchase a wig. She had been very discouraged by her hair loss, because she always took great pride in her hair, went to the salon weekly. The staff couldn't have been nicer, more patient with her confusion and emotions, or more concerned that she get the right look for her. They did NOT seem to care about the sale alone. She left with a reasonably price wig she was really, truly happy with, and feeling much, much better about how she looked.
