Hopewell specializes in serving elderly individuals and those suffering from an illness, such as Alzheimer's disease or cancer.
The Hopewell Advantage: RN's help you choose the right caregiver At the commencement of services, a Registered Nurse (RN) will assess your loved one and help you determine the right level of care and the right caregiver. Whether your mother needs a Homemaker/Companion to help with meals, light housekeeping, and transportation, or your father needs a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to assist with bathing or help prevent a fall, a Hopewell RN will guide you through the process. When you choose Hopewell..."you are in charge" You determine the schedule, the times, and the dates when care is needed. You may request a change in caregiver at any time. There are no long-term contracts. You may use our services on an "as needed" basis. Care is tailored to your loved one's needs. Choosing Hopewell gives families peace of mind knowing that a large pool of qualified and screened caregivers are available for referral. Hiring Hopewell to assist with the coordination of caregivers has several advantages: Free initial consultation with a Registered Nurse. RN involvement ensures that patient care is being monitored by a qualified professional and that the medical needs of the patient and emotional needs of the family are addressed.
As a Nurse Registry, Hopewell has the ability to refer caregivers for all levels of care, including both medical and non-medical assistance (e.g., "skilled care" by an RN or LPN, "hands-on" care by a CNA or Home Health Aide, or "hands-off" care by a Homemaker/Companion. If client's needs change, a Hopewell RN is available to assess the situation and recommend a change in the level of care. Family members have peace of mind knowing a Hopewell Referral Coordinator is on call 24 hours/day, 7 days/a week to refer caregivers, and an RN is available 24/7 for consultation when there is a medical concern.
