I cracked my iPhone 5c screen and paid $90 to have it replaced. The screen "looked" great but caused major problems for me subsequently. Photos taken from my camera were blurry and I experienced EXTREME sensitivity, to the point that the phone would get stuck on mute, speaker phone, and other random screens without allowing me to exit. Sometimes it would not even allow me to answer phone calls or texts which caused me to miss out on business opportunities as a hairstylist/makeup artist.I took the phone back several times to have the screen replaced only to be told that they did not have my screen in. Last night my phone fell and has a crack in it again. I called to see if the screen for my phone is back in and was told that they have 500 of them but cannot replace it without charging me due to the new crack. Now, they already OWED ME A NEW SCREEN FROM THE DEFECTIVE ONE THAT THEY INITIALLY SOLD ME but have the audacity to charge me AGAIN. I do not recommend ANYONE to do business here.

I WENT TO THIS STORE IN FEB 2015 JUST TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE DEVICES AND PLANS .... I WAS TALKED INTO PURCHASING A 2 DEVICES BY THE STORE MANAGER AND THE CUSTOMER REP IN THE STORE / BOTH WERE STATING THAT I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK WITH MY REBATE CARDS FROM PURCHASING BOTH DEVICES ...... LONG STORY…
The new management in this place is really amazing. I bought 6 phones from this location so far. I wont lie before this store and management was horrible but i decided to give it another chance. I walked in to see the store re meddled the employer working there told me that they had gotten new management as well as new workers. The sells associate helped me on all my purchase and it was always the same guy. The new sells associate and new management are really making a difference from before. If I ever need to buy a new phone or any kind of protector for my phone I will more then happily go back to the store. The guy working there I believe his name is Zack or Zachary has won me as a costumer! I advice anyone else to give this store another change and you will be amaze on how amazing their costumer service has gotten with the changes.
****BUYER BEWARE*****I purchased a blue tooth in this store from a female associate with black hair. When I took it out of the box, I noticed that the charger was broken. The internal wiring was clearly exposed. I immediately took it back to the store within a few hours of purchasing it. I was told by the associate that sold it to me that there is a no return policy on all accessories. I advised her that you cannot sell defective products and not allow consumers to return them. Furthermore, there in nothing in the store or on the receipts provided indicating that you cannot return or exchange items purchased. She then powered on the bluettooth stating that it worked. I advised her that the charger is clearly a fire hazard and without a charger, the bluetooth is useless. She then advised that I can come back in a week or so for an exchange if they receive more bluetooths since I purchased the last one.They also will not open the boxes to allow you to view the products. Had I been able to view the cheaply made product, I would have never purchased it. The bluetooth was made in China. It is constructed of cheap plastic that can easily crack or break. I purchased 3 phones out of this store and will never step foot in it again. Stay away from this store and go somewhere that will provide decent customer service.
