Planet Towing

A very nice company to deal with and very affordable. I have used Planet Towing about 4 times now and 2 of them have been having my children's cars towed. each and every time it has been a pleasant experience for us. their drivers are very professional and have great attitudes and really seem to want to make you feel so much better about being broken down by letting you know that it could have been worse.I would recommend using them for any of your needs. I used them to transport some scooters I purchased for my kids and they came through like champs for me every time.I hope your service is as great as mine have been

I wanted to let the online world know that this company is a very fast and reliable company. I was broken down on the side of the i 55 heading east at Damen. Traffice was moving pretty slow and I was in a pretty bad spot I searched several towing companies to see if they would be able to come out and and rescue me and my disabled vehicle. not one company was able to ome out and get me and many of these company where given to me by my insurance company. So to say the least i ws a litle upset and became even more when a car attemped to go to the off ramp early and ended up hitting me in the rear. Now I'm stuck with a broke down crashed car waiting for the police and still have no tow truck coming. I give it one more shot and try amy cell carrier which is Verizon. the dispatcher said she would take and look and apologized for the numbers another service had given me. She cam back with planet towing number and said she read a few good reviews so they must be good.I called and they told me they would be there in 30 minutes which they where . Almost faster then the police. they towed me to my home and got me to my family which means more to me then the car. Nice job looking out for me Planet Towing
