My Sales consultant, Donnie, rocked. He was very patient while working with me to find the best ML350 to suit my needs. He took the time to explain the differences in options and trims making my decision much easier. I doubt I'm going to have any buyer's remorse and will enjoy my new Mercedes for years to come.

I walked in the dealership and immediately was greeted by Mr. Karim; he was very helpful.. answered all my questions... contrary to what you would expect from a sale executive there was no pressure to buy... at one point I was more eager to buy than him to sell. Very pleasant experience...

Donnie is an exceptional sales person at Jidd Motors. He clearly expresses an above level of expertise in doing deals, in treating customers, in product knowledge, organization and in service. This is where I fell in love with the model BMW. But when I went to close the deal, I felt there was nothing but dishonesty in the closing process.
