Terrible customer service! Absolutely no help when arrived, they referred me to the worst trailer in the lot. This is the worst business for trailer sales in the city. This business is nothing but a waste of space. Save yourself time and avoid this place.
I just learned today about the gross mistreatment of two young friends of mine. The owner of this company should have his business licenses revoked for such behavior. After they have given him a large sum of money on a trailer just a few weeks ago, they went in to talk to him today about the payment schedule. His behavior was beyond despicable. He tells the young woman that she's not allowed to speak because she is a WOMAN. Are you kidding me?!?!? These young adults were more patient than I would have been because this woman would have smacked his disrespectful face. He called them uneducated, which they certainly are not; he screamed and cussed at both of them and called the young lady a little prune (another smack would be well deserved;) he told the young man that he was going to hit him so hard his head was going to spin. He also said that he couldn't wait to take the trailer, keep there $2,500, AND sell it to the next (very derogatory word) buyer, let's hope it's not YOU, while again keeping the money from these young adults $2.5k. I do believe selling the same thing twice while not returning the money since you refused and further arrangements surely must be illegal. Again he disrespected the young woman and said that "she didn't exist." Dear owner, I'm a 53 year young woman with 2 degrees working on the third and these two young adults are definitely educated, and I'm sure were astounded by your reprehensible behavior. I know I am. Had it been me that you were talking too, you would be finding yourself in civil court at the drop of a hat so I can show you just exactly what a woman can say and do to a business owner like you. Since, however I don't have a personal reason to take your disrespectful, certainly underhanded lower than pond scum self to court, I can however take you to the court of public opinion. I'm going to post this on my personal page of about 150 people or so; and then post it on my public page of 9,000++ people and ask each of them to share it and we'll just see just how long it takes you to apologize to these young adults AND treat them fairly. I'm going to also post this on your website and any other review option on the web. You crossed a serious line today and you deserve whatever you've got coming in terms of how much customer support you get after you've been revealed for who you are. I would lower my head in shame if I were you for ripping off and mistreating two young adults, two of the kindest people I know, and for what, YOUR GREED and what surely must be a less than educated owner. Don't worry, if Yelp takes this down, I'll revise it again and post it until it's well documented. As for Facebook and my 9,000++ followers, there's NOTHING you can do about that. Karma Mr. Owner. You might as well own it because it's headed your way. Unbelievable!
