Great Pizza and there were kind enough to donate pizza for a non profit, Des Moines Pride Center's youth group. The kids loved it!

Food is excellent. I don't live nearby, so I have to drive a little distance to go, so I haven't been often, but it is so worth the extra time to drive. The other day, I made the drive and invited two friends to come with me, but was dismayed to find it closed. On a Wednesday. Are you closed for the winter?
This is the nastiest Pizza Hut ever if I were you I would go to a different one. The manager Wayne is worthless on customer service and I feel the store was getting better then they brought him over and it's went down hill! Just stay away!
In my experience the drivers have been friendly and polite... I love there food and the style of pizzas
We ordered 4 large two topping pizzas for 39.99. It came to 49.99 because they charge $4 in tax and $3 in delivery fees and the delivery fees don't even go to the drivers!! No other pizza place charges that much!
AWEFUL!!! I ordered pizza at 11:36 for my office - 7 pizzas. Not an outrageous amount. The bill was $80.50. The estimated time of arrival 12:47, which I thought was fine. The pizza came at 1:25 pm - over a half hour late. All of my office mates were STARVING and the pizza was COLD and CLAMMY at best. I can't even call them to complain because they don't answer their phone. If it rings too long, it goes to a call center who-knows-where but definitely out-of-state and they can't help you. They wouldn't even email the store manager to call me. NEVER order pizza from this store. I live in Winterset and the Pizza Hut there is wonderful. The one at 1600 Euclid Ave in Des Moines is AWEFULLLLLLL! If my people weren't starving to death, I would have sent it back.
GARBAGE....only word that describes this location and everybody that works there... show up 5 minutes before my order is to be ready, tell it's about to come out of the over....25 minutes later they try to give me my order which has been sitting in the warmer for 20 min. while I had been waiting for it in the lobby
Chinese ribs appetizer: damn good.Meatza pizza: loaded with proteins and pretty darn good. A 10" is plenty for one guy's appetite.Tiki Drinks time (Zombie & Pineapple Express): very tasty and very strong beverages. Don't DRIVE afterwards LOLStaff are friendly and attentive: decor is funky and fun. Get here early or late, and yes, do buy the t-shirt as a souvenir :)
Stopped in for lunch as I've never been there before. Fettucini & garlic bread lunch. Result: Egg noodles with white sauce, some cubed chicken and two pieces of white bread with garlic butter, barely toasted. Never again...
Worst customer service ever!! I was in town from Texas visiting family and they recommended this place. I ordered 60 dollars worth of pizza and after an hour of it no pizza I called to check on the status. I was completely disrespected and even hung up on. I asked the female working (JOY) what to do if the pizza didn't show up in another 15 minutes. Her exact words "well I guess you can call and complain again" and then she hung up on me. I will never order from there again!
