Sears

The oven stopped working. Repairman fixed it (it was the igniter) with no problem. I have a Sears service agreement on the stove, which covered the repair. The repairman said it would have cost me $280+ to fix it otherwise. I was thrilled because I paid just a bit more than that for a 3-year agreement on 2 appliances. The process of scheduling the appointment was great and the repairman arrived as scheduled.

machine would not spin out..as it to a vehicle...it would spin as if in second but not shift over to 3rd or high.



the man changed the clutch...he did not see if problem solved. he did see if it spun..it did.

I tried to wash a load ....STILL it will not spin out. I called him, and he said well I don't know what to say. I said am I supposed to wring them out by hand? He said: well I am in Fairfield now I cannot return....DuH! So I recalled Sears & now I have another apptmt but not until the 1
