        I purchased a water softener system from them. We changed our mind after we paid for it, but before we took delivery. They refuse to refund our money for a product that we don't want and never got!BUYER BEWARE!

        Just set up an appointment to meet with a Rep. When he got to my house, I was told because my husband was not home, I could not have the testing/demonstration done. This company won't do business with the "woman" of the house unless the "man" of the house is there too...Well guess what - you will NEVER do business with this house or any other house that hears about this.
