I live about 45 minutes away. I brought my U.S. Cellular Samsung Galaxy S4 in to have them replace my cracked screen. They told me it would be about 3-4 hours and they had it done in 1 hour. Everything worked great and it looks like a new phone. Great customer service!! I would recommend KB Wireless to anyone! Thank you!

My iPhone screen was shot and it also wouldn't charge. I heard about KB wireless and decided to contact them, and I eventually brought my phone in. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and straightforward. My phone was repaired in about an hour and works great now. I was also happy with the fact that if the repair didn't work, I wouldn't have to pay, leaving me little risk. All in all, very reliable repair store and was happy with my service.

After receiving some very upsetting and stressful news from my phone company that they couldn't replace my phone i was in distress and searched for a repair shop I found KB WIRELESS went in today got my phone fixed immediately and had great help and an explanation of what's what and how it will effect my phone if something is wrong! KB WIRELESS ROCKS! I'm going to monitor my phone over the weekend and see if the problem I have been having continues for different reasons and they said just come back in and they'll fix it right up and know exactly what to do love this place already!
