Terrible, they stole my credit card info and ran up $8200 in damages. I know it was them because it was a new card, and that was the only place I used it.

The first time I needed service under warranty of my new lawn mower each employee I encountered was very helpful with a smile. I then took the mower in for Fall tune-up and winterizing. Again, everyone was all smiles and helpful. When I took the mower out of the shed it was stored in over the winter, the self-propelled feature did not work. Took the mower in, and I was totally ignored by 3 separate employees. There was someone sitting behind the desk I was standing in front of who didn't acknowledge my presence. He was making fun of a customer who had called requesting help putting an expensive mower together. Not acceptable! My mower:Belt had come off. Leave it, pick it up Monday. 4 p.m. Monday I called; spoke with the man who ignored me on Saturday and asked if my mower was ready to be picked up. He put me on hold, came back and asked if the mower had been in a flood. NO! Belt had to be ordered. Ready on Wed; take it up with Dan as to cost. Not Happy!

I get my propane from them. The give a great discount when you have multiple containers to exchange. They are always friendly and helpful.

Promises one thing and delivers another. Misrepresented and unusable product was returned, refund was promised in full, delays and continued excuses, and poor communication. Claims had to be opened to get response. Unfortunate experience.
