I called to ask about having my liner replaced and spoke with Mario. He quoted me $6000-$8000 to replace the liner with the thinnest liner you can get. I said I thought that sounded kind of high because I had shopped around and found thicker liners for $1300. I asked if they could just measure the pool and I get the liner somewhere else and he said that would be no problem they could do it for $300. I made an appointment 3 MONTHS in advance to have my pool measured for a new liner and they didn't show. I called them the day before the appointment to confirm and they said they would be there between 2-4. Got a call the day of and they (Mario) said it was going to be another 2 weeks. It's been a month and still haven't heard from Mario. Called Valley pool and they will be out next week. If they are making so much money that they don't have time for small jobs that's understandable, just say so but it's extremely poor customer service to say you are going to do something (3 MONTHS in advance) and then not keep your word.
